An 11-year-old guy went blind due to his restricted regimen of potatoes, flesh & cereal, doctors have revealed. Writing in the journal, they said: 'The child had a restrictive regimen consisting solely of potato, pork, lamb, apples, cucumber, & Cheerios.' Alongside his progressive vision loss, the guy too suffered from dry eyes & night blindness - both hallmarks of a vitamin A deficiency. Experts warned his vision loss probably not get better further, meaning it's likely he going to spend the rest of his life by poor eyesight. Due to worries that proven foods can cause eczema flare-ups the boys regimen was limited to potato, pork, lamb, apples, cucumber, & Cheerios. But nothing of these foods are a perfect source of Vitamin A, that led the guy to suffer a severe deficiency. Six weeks later the appearance of the boys eyes had got better dramatically, however his vision was continue impaired.
