It started with running to stay in shape, then cutting weight by cutting junk food out of his diet, then building muscle mass back up. Of course, there's a huge difference between being in aerobic shape and being in game shape. Another interesting chapter in the ongoing chronicles of Theo Riddick just got written by ESPN's Mike Rothstein. According to Rothstein, while Riddick was rehabbing his wrist injury, he took the opportunity to get the rest of his body right, too. As Rothstein noted, Riddick is a dynamic third-down back who's one of the better out-of-the-backfield pass-catchers in the game.
